Introducing Impact: Why We Exist

Introducing Impact: Why We Exist

For years, Web3 optimized for growth. We learned how to launch campaigns. Capture attention.

Build narratives.

Bring thousands of new users into ecosystems within days.

And that transformed the industry.

Growth enabled new ecosystems to emerge, communities to expand, and millions of people to discover Web3 for the first time.

Growth matters.

It always will.

But over time, we realized something.

Growth was never the destination. It was always the starting point.

After working alongside some of the fastest-growing ecosystems in Web3, we began to notice the same pattern over and over again.

Campaigns worked.

Users arrived.

Metrics improved.

But very few teams were prepared for what happened next.

Thousands of people joining at once.

Confusing onboarding.

Scattered information.

Inconsistent communication.

Improvised operations.

It wasn’t a growth problem. It was an infrastructure problem.

Because attracting people never guarantees that a community is ready to receive them.

Growth brings people in. Infrastructure determines what happens next.

That led us to ask a different question.

Not: How do we acquire more users?

But: What happens after they arrive?

Because a campaign may last a few days. A community can last for years.

And between those two lies a layer that very few teams intentionally design.

Infrastructure.

That’s how Impact was born.

Not because Web3 needed another agency. But because we believed it needed a new discipline.

We believe the strongest communities don’t choose between growth and systems.

They build both.

Because growth creates opportunities. Infrastructure turns those opportunities into communities.

That’s why our work has never been limited to a single area.

We design growth campaigns.

Build ecosystem collaborations.

Launch ambassador programs.

Activate communities.

Create user acquisition strategies.

But we also realized that no campaign creates lasting impact on its own.

That’s why we design the infrastructure that allows growth to endure.

  • Onboarding.

  • Communication.

  • Education.

  • Operations.

  • Participation.

  • Retention.

These aren’t separate services.

They’re all parts of the same system.

Because the strongest communities are never built by accident. They’re designed.

Over time, we realized this work needed a name.

We couldn’t find a category that described it.

So we decided to build one.

We call it Community Infrastructure.

Not because we invented the problem. But because we chose to give it a name.

Just as Product Design and Growth became recognized disciplines, we believe there should also be a discipline dedicated to designing the systems that allow communities to scale with clarity, trust, and long-term sustainability.

Since then, we’ve helped support the onboarding of more than 2.2 million users across Web3 ecosystems.

We’ve worked alongside:

  • Layer 1s.

  • Protocols.

  • NFT collections.

  • Exchanges.

  • Applications.

And projects at every stage of growth.

Our ambition has never been to become just another agency. Our ambition is to help define a new category for the industry.

We want people to think beyond community management when they hear Community Infrastructure.

We want them to think about designing the systems that allow communities to grow, participate, and endure.

Because we believe infrastructure will become one of the greatest competitive advantages for the communities of the future.

We believe the next era of Web3 won’t be defined only by the projects that capture the most attention.

It will be defined by the projects that build the strongest systems.

Because every community begins with growth.

But the ones that endure are built on infrastructure.

That’s our belief. And that’s why Impact exists.

Growth starts the movement. Community Infrastructure makes it last.
